Obituary of Anthony J. DelGaudio

Anthony J. (Tony) DelGaudio 87 of Melbourne, Florida, formerly of Vero Beach, Florida, Bellmore, and Brooklyn, NY. Died on September 25, 2017surrounded by loved ones. Born in Brooklyn,NY. Anthony attended Brooklyn Technical High School. He served proudly as a US Marine. In 1955 Anthony married the love of his life, Joan and moved to Roosevelt, NY where together they started their family. Later they moved to Bellmore, NY to be near the water which Anthony had a life long attraction to and appreciation of. Here they raised their five children. Anthony worked for Gray Advertising and later ventured out to build his own successful printing business, Dell Graphics, in NYC. His sons Thomas and Steven joined him at Dell Graphics. They worked together for several years before Anthony retired to Vero Beach, Florida. Anthony enjoyed learning how to fly, getting his pilot license and flying Cesna 172 light aircrafts. He became a stained glass artist later in life and an avid rower. He was an incredible dad and a loving and devoted husband. He is survived by his children, Christine (Kopp), husband John, Linda (Baisley), husband George, Steven, wife Debbie, Ann, husband Michael Zarkowsky as well as his brother, Frank DelGaudio, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Memorial donations in memory of Anthony can be made to either Catholic Charities, John Paul II Medical Research Institute or Marine Resources Council.
