Obituary of Salvatore Carl Nobile

Nobile, S. Carl, 88, of Bellmore on May 5th, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Rosemarie (2009), married in 1949. Devoted father of Carl J.(Hua), Simona Dunn (Paul), Pat Eelman (Geoff), Frank (Christina) and John (Dawn). Proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren. Loving brother of Josephine Ceccon. Carl has been involved with the Catholic Charismatic Renewal for close to 40 years. Proud veteran of the United States Navy. Served in WWII and Korean Conflict. Carl worked for Undlewood, Olivetti typewriters & machines for many years. Owned Alright Typewrites for a number of years. After selling that business, he worked for Catholic Charities & other organizations as a consultant & volunteer status. Visitation begins Friday, 2-4pm and 7-930pm at C.S. Bartholomew and Son, Inc. 302 South Bedford Ave, Bellmore. Funeral mass Saturday, 9am at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, Bellmore. Interment at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury.
