Obituary of Marilyn Rita Ahrens

Ahrens, Marilyn Rita, 87, of North Bellmore, on January 10th. Devoted wife of the late William Harry of 57 years. Beloved mother of Thomas (Cathleen), Dennis (Loretta) and Donald (Denise). Loving nana of Thomas, Victoria and Daniel Ahrens and Samantha and Zachary Kirk. Cherished niece of Harry Fox. Caring aunt of Tony, Paul, Rick & Joann Garistina, Bill, Jay, Tim, Karl Ahrens and their children, Howard (Jimmy) Ryan and Dawn Balnis, and Alex Kuzminski (Michelle). Also survived by Robert and Nancy Kirk and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 17th from 2-4pm and 7-pm at C.S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 S. Bedford Ave., Bellmore. Mass will be Thursday, January 18th, 11:15am, at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, 2320 Bedford Ave., Bellmore. Private disposition to follow.
