Agnes Hornacek, age 92, on Monday, December 5, 2016 Loving Wife of the late Joseph Hornacek. She is survived by her daughter Joyce Joanlanne of East Meadow, NY. Sister of one brother: Emil Miller; she also has three grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica & Andrea. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 am on Friday, December 9, 2016 at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, 2320 Bedford Avenue, Bellmore, NY. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton Visiting hours will be Friday, December 9 from 8:30-9:30am at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY.
