Obituary of Dominic J. Radini

Dominic Joseph (Dino) Radini, Age 69, of Bellmore, NY, passed away on December 21, 2022 in Bellmore, NY. Visitation will be held at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc. Funeral Home in Bellmore on Wednesday, December, 28, 2022 from 4 - 8pm. Funeral mass will be on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:15am at St. Barnabas Church. As per his wishes, Dominic will be cremated. Dominic was born in Brooklyn to Domenico and Teresa Radini on February 17, 1953. He went to high school at Valley Stream North and was raised in Elmont, NY. He worked for the State of New York for many years before he started his own masonry business; Radini & Sons Concrete. He enjoyed sailing from childhood with his father which carried throughout his adult life. He was an avid Yankee and Notre Dame fan. He had a strong love for all types of music, whether it be opera, classical, Frank Sinatra or Bob Dylan. Dino taught himself harmonica and clarinet and was in the process of learning how to play the saxophone. In his younger years, he played football and was on the wrestling team. Throughout his life exercise was a part of his daily routine. He thoroughly enjoyed cooking for his family and friends, which he learned from his mother and father. Dominic is survived by his beloved wife AnneMarie, his daughter Nichole Kurz, son-in-law Matthew, daughter Corrine Ulaj, son-in-law Gjon, grandchildren Jack Ulaj, Skyler Kurz, Emma Ulaj and Daniel Ulaj. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law Elena and Thomas Dwyer. Dominic was a treasured brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, friend and neighbor. He is preceded in death by his father Domenico Radini, his mother Teresa Radini, his brother-in-laws Jack Taylor and Daniel Murphy and his nephew Brian Urick. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dominic's name to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
