Pierce, James M., 57, of North Bellmore, formerly of Inch, County Wexford, Ireland on January 23rd Beloved husband of Cindy. Cherished dad of Sinead. Loving son of Kathleen and the late Michael Joseph. Cherished brother of Thomas (Helen), Lar (Ann), Michael, Catherine, Breda (the late Graham), Frank (Ann Marie), P.J. (Fionnuala), John, Paul and brother-in-law of Jody, Susan and Donald (Colleen). Dear uncle of Denise, Alan, Michael, Ashling, Thomas, Pierce, Michael, Frank, Edward, Cloddagh, Killian, Ava, Laura, Michelle, Rachel, Roisin, Adam, Justin, Ryan, Brianna, Devin and Connor. Friend to many and loved by all. James emigrated from Ireland to New York in 1986 and owned a horse and carriage company until 2000. Member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 138. Visitation will be Friday, January 27 from 4-8pm at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will be held 4:15pm on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY with Rev. Jeff Yildirmaz officiating.
