Obituary of John Raymond Morris

John Raymond Morris, age 85, of Bellmore, died Sunday, March 13th. Mr. Morris was born October 9, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late George and the late Mary (O'Malley) Morris. He married Kathleen Westbrook. He served in the Army during the the Korean War from 1951 to 1953. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Westbrook) Morris, daughter, Karen Morris and son, Bryan Morris (Kathleen); Brother of Aileen Diagel and predeceased by his brother, Robert Morris. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 16th from 2-4PM & 7-9:30PM at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 am on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, 2320 Bedford Avenue, Bellmore, NY. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton on Thursday, March 17 at 12:00 pm.
