Cherished and loved mom of Phyllis Cush (Thomas), Susan Fortunato (Michael Goldstein) and Carl Pellitteri.
Devoted grandmother to Pyare Fortunato and Christopher Ludwikowski and great-granddaughter Mela Fortunato.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 28 from 2-4 & 7-9:30pm at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY.
A graveside service will be held 11:30 am on Monday, October 29, 2018 at St. Charles Cemetery/Resurrection, 2015 Wellwood Ave., Farmingdale, NY.
