Obituary of Robert M. DeAngelo

Robert M. DeAngelo of East Hills, NY, passed away on April 16th, 2020 at the age of 73. Robert, (known as Bob by his friends and family) was born on April 22nd, 1946 to Michael and Caroline DeAngelo in New York City, NY and was raised in nearby Flushing, Queens. Following high school, he enlisted into the United States Air Force where he served his country honorably in Germany for 4 years. Upon returning home he went on to study electrical engineering at the New York Institute of Technology. After graduating college he spent his career self employed in various fields of electrical engineering & computer science. In May of 1968, he married his wife Valerie, a French teacher also from Flushing. They remained married for almost 52 years up until his passing. Bob leaves behind his wife Valerie, his 3 children Robert & wife Bernadette, Edward & wife Crissy, and Richard & wife Stacey and 4 grandchildren Michael, Natalia, Christian & Sofia. Bob was forever proud of his family and loved them dearly, always providing support and encouragement in everything they did. He will be deeply missed and remembered with love by all.
