Obituary of John H. Adel

Thank you for understanding.* It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Bellmore’s John Adel of Adel’s Meat Market. John was born in Merrick, NY to Helen & Herman Adel on May 17th 1931. He was the husband to the late Carole Adel and father to three sons John (Elizabeth), Steven (deceased), David (Barbara Buffing), grandfather to Jonathan (Beth), Jennifer (Tj), Courtney (Matt), Heather (deceased), great grandfather to Emiline (9), Patrick (6), William (4) & Mary-Parker (2). He lost his battle to breast cancer on June 17th, peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends. John will be laid out at C.S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc, on Sunday June 20th from 2-6 . In lieu of flowers we ask that you please donate to Saint Jude or Breast Cancer Association.
