Obituary of Francis Paul Padrucco

Francis Paul Padrucco, 75 years of age, passed away on Saturday, April 16th at Nassau County Medical Center. Francis was born August 30, 1946 in Queens, New York to the late Florence and Francis Padrucco. He was the oldest of two children, Catherine Padrucco Tonry preceded him in death. Francis was educated at Martin Van Buren High School in Queens, New York. Franny married Carol Beruard in 1971, and they recently celebrated their 50th anniversary. They had two children, Joseph Jackson Padrucco, and Paul Francis Padrucco. Franny leaves two grandchildren to cherish his loving memory, Maxine and Abigail, the children of Paul and Jennifer Padrucco. Franny was a member of the 1958 Glen Oaks All Stars 1st ever District 26 Queens-Brooklyn Champions representing Glen Oaks. He coached his sons in the Bellmore Little League. He completed several Long Island Marathons and enjoyed walking at Jones Beach. Franny loved to go to the Belmont Stakes and was an avid fan of horse racing. He worked and retired from Citi Bank in Manhattan after 40 years of loyal service. Francis enjoyed many life long friendships, sharing vacations, celebrations, and dinners out. He was a good conversationalist, and made time for the people he loved. He will be missed. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Francis' name to the Bellmore Striders.
